How to Disconnect from an Intelligence Server

You may need to disconnect MicroStrategy Web from an Intelligence Server if, for example, you are performing maintenance on the Web server machine. Disconnecting MicroStrategy Web from an Intelligence Server disables Web users' from accessing projects on the Intelligence Server.

1. Access the MicroStrategy Web Administrator page. (How?)

2. From the pane on the left, select Servers.

3. In the Action column in the Connected servers list, click Disconnect for the Intelligence Server to connect to. The Intelligence Server moves from the Connected servers list to the Disconnected servers list and MicroStrategy Web is connected to the Intelligence Server.
