Creating the predictive model

After you have created the data mart table from the data mart report, you can import the table into third party data mining applications. These applications allow you to create a predictive model. Since they are not part of MicroStrategy, refer to their documentation for specific instructions on importing data and creating a model.

After you create the predictive model, you must export the model from the third party application to a file in a PMML format. As the application is not part of MicroStrategy, refer to its documentation for specific instructions.

This file can then be imported into MicroStrategy, making it available for execution in MicroStrategy reports.
