Apply Text to Visualizations

Once you have created a dashboard, you can add text to it. Text can serve as a label for your data or provide background information, a description, or instructions for the dashboard.

You can type the text to display or drag and drop a dataset object into the text field. The text produced from a dataset object automatically changes depending on what appears in the dashboard. You can reposition, resize, and format the text. See Add Rich Text to apply text formatting at the character level.
