New Web Bean Wizard

The New Web Bean Wizard creates a new Web bean that gets automatically added to a MicroStrategy Web Page.

This wizard can be accessed as follows.

1. Launch the Web Customization Editor.  

2. Click on MicroStrategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.  

3. Click on Pages to expand the list of MicroStrategy Web Pages.  

4. Click the MicroStrategy Web Page to which you want to add the bean.  

5. Right-click Beans and select New Bean to launch the New Web Bean Wizard.

Or  

1. Launch the Web Customization Editor.

3. Click on Pages to expand the list of MicroStrategy Web Pages.  

4. Click the MicroStrategy Web Page to which you want to add the bean.  

5. Click on Beans to expand the list of beans contained in that MicroStrategy Web Page.  

6. Right-click any bean and select New Bean to launch the New Web Bean Wizard.
