Steps to turn off banding

You can turn off banding in a report, a template, or a Grid/Graph on a document.

1. Open the report:

   • Open it in the Report Editor

   • Open it in the Report Viewer

   • Open it in the Template Editor

   • Open the document, then double-click the Grid/Graph to edit it

2. From the Grid menu choose Options. The Grid Options dialog box opens.

3. Click the General tab.

4. Select No banding.

5. Click OK. You are returned to the report.

6. Save the report, template, or document to retain your new banding settings.
