How to Determine When the Cache Was Last Updated in a Report or Document

You can view the date a report was last run against the data warehouse, rather than against a cache. This allows you to determine how recently your cache was last updated. For reports that run against an Intelligent Cube, Web displays the date the Intelligent Cube was last published.

For documents, the date that the cache was last generated is displayed. If no date information is available, the last update time is displayed as N/A. For example, if you open a document in Design Mode and the document has not yet been run against the data warehouse, the last update time is displayed as N/A.

To View the Last Update Time for a Report or Document

1. Click the name of a report or document to execute it.
2. The Last update time is displayed in the top right.
