How to Change Your Password in MicroStrategy Web

You can change your password if your administrator has given you the necessary privileges to do so.

If you cannot change your password using the procedure below, you do not have the required privileges. Contact your MicroStrategy administrator for assistance.

1. In the upper-right of any page, click your user name and select Preferences from the drop-down.
2. In the left pane, click Change Password.
3. Provide the necessary information and click Change Password.
