Configure Security Access for Top Level User Groups

Starting in MicroStrategy ONE (June 2024), Administrators have the ability to configure security access for top level user groups. This empowers them to efficiently manage permissions, enforce security policies, and ensure the right users have access to the appropriate data and functionality within the system, thereby enhancing overall security and governance measures.

  1. Open the Workstation window.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Users & Groups.

  3. In the left pane, click User Groups.

  4. Click User Groups Properties.

  5. View security access and modify it as necessary.

  6. Click OK.
