Security Role Editor: Members Tab
You can assign users and groups to this security role with the Members tab.
The Project drop-down list contains all the projects for this project source. Select the project for which you want to assign members of this security role.
The Available list contains all the users and groups in the project source, organized by group. Click the + icon next to a group to view the other groups and users that are members of that group.
All users are members of the Everyone group, even if they are not members of any other group.
The Selected list contains all the users and groups that are assigned to this security role in the selected project.
To assign a user or group to this security role for the selected project, select the user or group in the Available list and click >. The user or group is assigned to the security role, and listed in the Selected list.
To remove a user or group from this security role for the selected project, select the user or group in the Selected list and click <. The user or group is removed from the security role and from the Selected list.
