Steps to format all the metrics on a report
This layer of formatting overrides metric level formatting and in turn is overwritten by report metric level formatting. For details on all the levels of metric formatting, see Formatting metrics on a report.

Open the report containing the metric to be formatted.

To format metrics on a template, open the report in the Template Editor.

You can format either the data values or the header of the metrics.

To format the data values, do one of the following to access the Format Cells dialog box:

On the Format menu, point to All Metrics and select Data.

Right-click any metric, point to Formatting, select All Metrics, and then select Data.

To format the headers, do one of the following to access the Format Cells dialog box:

On the Format menu, point to All Metrics and select Headers.

Right-click any metric, point to Formatting, select All Metrics, and then select Headers.

To retain the new formatting, save the report. (How?)
