Steps to format a metric on a report (report metric level)
Report metric formatting formats an individual metric on a particular report. It overrides all metrics and metric level formatting. For details on all the levels of metric formatting, see Formatting metrics on a report.

Open the report containing the metric to be formatted.
You can also format metrics on a template, in the Template Editor. The remaining steps are the same.

You can format the data values or the header of the metric using the Format Cells dialog box.

To format the data values, do one of the following to access the Format Cells dialog box:

On the Format menu, point to the metric to be formatted, and select Values.

Right-click the metric, point to Formatting, and select Metric NameData.

To format the header, do one of the following to access the Format Cells dialog box:

On the Format menu, point to the metric to be formatted, and select Headers.

Right-click the metric, point to Formatting, and select Metric NameHeaders.

Format the metric. For specific instructions, choose from the following:

To format the graph color for a metric (available only when formatting metric headers)

To retain the new formatting, save the report. (How?)
