Query Builder Editor

The Query Builder Editor allows you to define the SQL queries to run against imported database tables. You can define SQL queries with Query Builder using a combination of database tables, columns, and joins.

Prerequisites

Before you can begin creating Query Builder reports with the Query Builder Editor, you must configure a database instance to be available for Query Builder.

You must have the "Define Query Builder report" and "Create schema objects" privileges to access and use the Query Builder.

Accessing the Query Builder Editor

You can access the Query Builder Editor from MicroStrategy Developer or the Report Editor.
