Opening an existing metric

You must have Developer privileges to use the Metric Editor.

To open an existing metric

1. In MicroStrategy Developer, navigate through the Folder List to locate the metric to modify.

2. Select the metric by double-clicking its name or icon. The metric opens in the Metric Editor.

After you open the metric, you can modify its definition. For more information, see Modifying existing metrics.
