Hide/show page fields

The page-by feature enables you to group quantities of report data into separate pages. Each page displays subsets of your report data. For an introduction to the page-by functionality, see Page-by.

To hide or show page fields

1. Open the template in the Template Editor. (How?)

2. From the View menu, choose Show Page-by. If the page field is already displayed (above the template in the Template definition section), it is removed from the template. If the page field is not currently displayed, it is added to the template.
