Adding pages
Adding pages is one way you can modify the template contents. Page-by enables you to select and display subsets of your report data as separate pages.
The page-by function allows you dynamically to select report components as criteria for analysis. The grid that results from this selection is called a page of the original report. You can save a page you have created, and subsequently display it and manipulate it as you would any other report.
By allowing the use of different criteria to show information, pages provide an added level of capability for data manipulation and display. For example, a report shows sales and profit data organized by country. You can page by country to see the data for one country at a time. Or you can page by Metrics and display the data for one metric (but all countries) on a page.
