MicroStrategy ONE
Disabling and hiding thresholds
After you create a threshold, it is automatically enabled so that it is displayed on the report. You can disable the threshold so that it is not displayed, but is available for future use.
You can also show or hide all thresholds on a report. To switch between showing and hiding all thresholds, use the Show Threshold/Hide Threshold option on the Data menu or press F12.
By default, users can show and hide thresholds, but you can determine whether users can do this. Disabling this functionality is useful if users should not see certain figures on the report that are displayed or hidden based on thresholds. Use the Thresholds dialog box to disable toggling. If the Allow user to display and hide thresholds check box is cleared, the Show Threshold/Hide Threshold option is not displayed in the Data menu and F12 does not work. In MicroStrategy Web, the Thresholds icon on the toolbar, which allows users to show or hide thresholds, is disabled.
