Deleting view filters

When deleting a view filter, you have the option of deleting all of the qualifications of a view filter at the same time, or deleting the qualifications individually. The basic steps to perform both options are given below.

To delete all view filter qualifications

1. In an opened report with a view filter, in the View Filter pane, click Clear.

2. If you do not have Auto-Apply changes selected, click Apply. If you only perform Clear without Apply, the view filter appears in the report next time you open it.

To delete a view filter qualification individually

1. In an opened report with a view filter, right-click the qualification and select Remove qualification.

2. If you do not have Auto-Apply changes selected, click Apply. If you only perform Clear without Apply, the view filter appears in the report the next time that you open it.
