Saving a Document

Saving a document gives you a collection of items that you have inserted into the document such as text, images, hyperlinks, and reports. This document can be executed as appropriate, providing a variety of related information in one container.
To save a document
In the Document Editor, from the File menu, choose Save or Save As and specify the document name and location as needed.
