Oracle Essbase: Level

Levels group together members in a Oracle Essbase database outline.

Oracle Essbase levels may have default names such as Time.Levels(0). In Strategy, architects have the option to rename the levels of a cube with a more user-friendly convention.
XMLA: Level
Strategy: Attribute (ID/DESC)

Strategy attributes map to XMLA levels. Each XMLA level also generates two physical columns and the forms ID and DESC in Strategy.
