Strategy One

View and Access Objects within Projects

  1. Open the Workstation window with the Navigation pane in smart mode.
  2. In the Navigation pane, click Projects.
  3. Click Icon View or List View to display projects as icons or in a list view.
  4. Click the Arrange By and Sort By drop-downs to choose options for arranging and sorting projects.
  5. Double-click the folders to navigate to the object you want to open.
  6. If necessary, click Backward and Forward to navigate between folders.
  7. To display or hide columns, click Columns on the right. Select and clear the check boxes.

  8. Double-click the object to open. All dashboards open on the Main Dashboard Screen. If you select a dataset, it opens in a new, blank dashboard. Documents open in Strategy Library.
