User Editor: Contacts Tab

In the Contacts tab, you can link Distribution Services contacts to users. Contacts are what MicroStrategy users select to subscribe themselves or other users to reports or documents. For more information about contacts, see How to Add and Remove Contacts for a User.

The Available list contains all the contacts in the project source.

The Selected list contains all the contacts that belong to this user.

To assign a contact to the user, select the contact in the Available list and click >. The contact is assigned to the user, and listed in the Selected list.

To remove the user from a group, select the group in the Selected list and click <. The contact is removed from the user and from the Selected list.
