Accessing the Advanced Subtotals Options dialog box
You can access this dialog box in any of the following ways:

From the Template Editor:

If a metric is not already on the template, place a metric in the Template definition section.

From the Data menu, select Subtotals. The Subtotals dialog box opens.

From the Definition tab, click Advanced Options.

From the Report Editor:

If a metric is not already on the template, place a metric in the Template definition section.

From the Data menu, select Subtotals. The Subtotals dialog box opens.

From the Definition tab, click Advanced Options.

From the Report Viewer (an executed report):

If the report contains a metric, the dialog is accessible by selecting Subtotals from the Data menu. The Subtotals dialog box opens.
