Report Viewer menu bar options: File menu

The following File menu selections are specific to the Report Viewer:

Properties
General tab displays information on type, location, ID, version, description, creation date, modification date, owner, and access granted. Analysts can view this information.
Security tab displays information on ownership and permissions for users and objects. Analysts can view this information.
Long Description tab provides a box for a long description of the object, if any. Analysts can change and save this information, if the report is first saved to their My Reports folder.
Scheduling tab provides a list of delivery schedules available to subscribe to, to have this report delivered to your History folder. Analysts can subscribe to a scheduled delivery, if the report is first saved to their My Reports folder.
E-mail report as e-mails the current report as an Excel Workbook, a Word document, an Access database, Text file, or HTML file. The formats available depend on the type of report you are emailing. After you select the attachment type, an e-mail message window opens with the report attached. Depending on the size of the report, this can take a few moments.
