My Preferences: Editors category, HTML Document

The Editors, HTML Document category of the My Preferences Dialog Box contains the following options:

Show 'Select Layout Template'dialog: Selecting this check box causes the Select Layout Template dialog box to open whenever you create a new HTML document, so you can select from a list of pre-defined layout templates. Note that you must have Developer privileges to enable templates for use during HTML document creation.
Display HTML update messages: Selecting this check box displays HTML update messages when the HTML for an HTML document has been updated.
Default XSL (full path): Selecting this check box enables you to specify a default XSL file for the reports that are embedded in HTML documents.
