Metric Editor Formula tab: Transformation definition
If you select Transformation in the Metric component pane, the Definition pane in the lower part of the dialog box displays a grid containing the transformations for this metric. Transformations allow you to apply an attribute-element offset for fact comparison purposes. For example, you can use a time transformation to compare values at different times, such as this year versus last year or current date versus month-to-date.
Use this pane to add transformations to the metric, by dragging a transformation from the Object Browser into the Transformation definition pane.
The Transformation definition pane contains the following buttons:

Remove to delete the selected transformation.

Reset to delete all the transformations.

Directional arrows to change the order of the selected transformation.
