Connect to MicroStrategy

Before you start using the MicroStrategy Teams App, the Teams administrator for your organization must deploy the MicroStrategy Teams App to the Teams org catalog.

  1. In Microsoft Teams, click Apps in the navigation pane.
  2. Search for MicroStrategy Library and open the App.

  3. Log in to MicroStrategy:
    1. If your administrator configured the MicroStrategy Teams App to use Library Authentication, log in using MicroStrategy Library authentication methods.

    2. If your administrator configured the MicroStrategy Teams App to use Teams Single Sign-on, the MicroStrategy Teams App will use your Teams user identity to automatically log in.
