How to Edit a Document in Full Screen

You can edit a document without having to see all the navigation features (toolbars, menus, and panels) that are available on the interface. Editing in full screen lets you maximize the amount of data you can view at one time, and helps focus attention on the data itself. It is especially helpful for dashboard-style documents, which are usually designed to be one page long. It is also helpful with any document that contains multiple grid or graph reports, sections, and images, to make it easier for you to use the interface.

When you edit a document in Editable Mode, you can switch the document to full screen. In Editable Mode, you can:

  • Use the Standard toolbar to quickly switch viewing modes, save, print, export, and deliver the document, among other tasks.
  • Use the Grouping panel to view different groups of data in the document.

To maximize your view of the document even more, enable full screen mode in your browser as well as the Full Screen mode in Web.

Press F11 to enable Full Screen mode in Internet Explorer.
