Configuring map visualizations

Strategy has several built-in configuration files that contain some default values for ESRI map and shape information. They are packaged in the .war file, and located under {web root}/WEB-INF/xml/config after installation.

  • mapConfig.xml - The configuration file for ESRI maps, including default layers, shapes and web map information.
  • mstrGeoShapesConfig.xml - The configuration file for shapes, including default shapes and roles information.
  • mapNameConversions.xml - The configuration file for name conversions.
  • shapeFileMap.xml - The configuration file for shape file maps.
