Share and Pin Dashboards and Bots to a Channel

Starting in MicroStrategy ONE (March 2024), you can pin Bots from the MicroStrategy Teams App and add it as a tab to a Teams channel. You can also share dashboards and Bots in Teams.

When you view dashboards and Bots in the MicroStrategy Teams App, you can share or pin a dashboard or Bot and add it as a tab to a Teams channel.

Pin a Dashboard or Bot from the MicroStrategy Teams App

  1. When viewing a dashboard or Bot, click Share > Pin in Teams.

  2. If needed, log in to your Microsoft account.
  3. Choose a Channel from the drop-down to pin the dashboard or Bot to.

  4. Click Pin.

Add a Tab to a Channel

You can also add a dashboard or Bot as a channel tab to your Teams channel.

  1. Click the add tab button at the top of a channel.

  2. Search and select the MicroStrategy Teams App.

  3. Log in with Library Authentication or Teams Single Sign-On.
  4. Choose a dashboard or Bot.

  5. Click Save.

Share Dashboard and Bots in Teams

  1. When viewing a dashboard or Bot, click Share > Share in Teams.

  2. Type a name, group, or channel to share the dashboard or Bot and type a message.

  3. Click Share.
