Remove Report Subtotals
It is not always necessary or desirable to have subtotals displayed in a report. Removing subtotals is different than hiding them. When you remove subtotals from a report, you actually remove them from the report definition. This means that when the report is re-executed, subtotals are no longer enabled and you cannot show them without redefining them. You can remove certain subtotals and let others remain on the report, or you can remove all subtotals from the report.
The steps below assume there are subtotals enabled for at least one metric on the report.
Do not clear subtotals without keeping a record of the subtotals added

Remove Subtotals from a Report

Open the report. On any page in Library, search for or navigate to the report. Right-click the report and select Edit.
The report displays with data retrieval paused.

Right-click any attribute in the Editor panel and select Edit Totals.

To remove all defined subtotals, click Remove Subtotals. You are returned to the report.

To remove specific defined subtotals, clear the check boxes for each subtotal to remove. Click Done.

Save your report.
