Diagnosing the Lenel Adapter Health
To see whether the Lenel OnGuard physical access control system adapter is running, from the machine hosting the adapter, visit this URL:
https://localhost/ServiceApp/UsherLenel.svc/resource/diagnose
The response should be similar to the example shown below. If the adapter was recently started, the status of the cache may display Updating rather than Ready.
