MicroStrategy Communicator
MicroStrategy Communicator provides identity discovery, location awareness, and two-way communication. These features can be leveraged to coordinate activities across a distributed group of users enabled with MicroStrategy Badge. For a video explanation, see MicroStrategy Communicator Discovery.
Use MicroStrategy Communicator to view user profiles, including interactions and locations. Additionally, you can communicate with individuals or groups by phone, FaceTime®, text message, email, and notifications (either a one-way message or a two-way poll).
MicroStrategy Communicator will requireyou to install, define access, and familiarize yourself with the Navigating the App Interface.
The typical workflow procedures are:
- Search — Search for users based on current location.
- View — View user profiles and analytics, including interactions and locations with MicroStrategy Identity.
- Group — Define groups of users to easily view profiles and to quickly communicate.
- Communicate — Communicate with individuals or a group of users.
