Intelligent Cube Options

In addition to including attributes, metrics, filters, and other objects to define an Intelligent Cube, you can also define various Intelligent Cube options. These options define how an Intelligent Cube functions once it is published. You can configure the following options for Intelligent Cubes:

  • Intelligent Cube Options, General: With these options you can define whether reports connected to Intelligent Cubes can drill outside of the Intelligent Cube to access the full set of data available in the data warehouse. You can also define whether dynamic sourcing is enabled for the Intelligent Cube.

  • Intelligent Cube Options, Data Languages: With these options, you define an Intelligent Cube to support data in multiple languages.

  • Intelligent Cube Options, Data Refresh: With these options, you can define the republish settings for the Intelligent Cube. The Intelligent Cube can be fully republished, or updated based on new data in the data warehouse.
