Aggregate Table Cubes in Out-of-the-box Dashboards
Strategy One (August 2025) adds new out-of-the-box cubes that include aggregate tables. Aggregate tables are more resource efficient and have higher performance. The out-of-the-box Platform Analytics dashboards have been updated to use these new cubes. The previous cubes and dashboards are now deprecated. You can still access the dashboards and cubes in archive folders and you can recreate subscriptions, as needed.
New cubes are located in Platform Analytics > Public Objects > Reports > 2. Utilities > Cubes

Use this dashboard to troubleshoot performance issues associated with dashboards in the environment. The newly added Job Peak Memory metric and Session Source attribute improves the level of detail.

Adjust the Data Range Displayed in Cubes and Dashboards
The cubes and dashboard display data from the last 14 days by default. Customize this data range using the following settings.

Update the Data Range Setting:

Edit the
viewCutoffRangeInDays
parameter in thePAConsumerConfig.yaml
file to specify the number of days. -
Restart the consumer service.
The underlying etl_lu_view_cutoffs table updates.

Update the dashboard filter by modifying the Last n Days (Dashboard) filter located at the following:
Platform Analytics > Public Objects > Reports > 2. Utilities > Dataset Filters
