How to Quickly Switch Between Grid and Graph Views
You can quickly switch the view of a report on a document, to display the report as a grid or as a graph, with a click of a button. This Quick Switch option is ideal for dashboard-style documents, which are generally smaller and less data-intense than other types of documents.
Quick Switch is available in Presentation and Editable modes. If you use Quick Switch to change views, the most recent view that was displayed is used when you export the document to Excel or view it as a PDF.
The Quick Switch button is located at the top of the report.
