Reviewing General Installation Errors

Any errors in your Strategy installation are written to the install.log file.

Review errors found in install.log

  1. Browse to LOG_PATH where LOG_PATH in the directory you specified as the Install Directory during installation

  2. Open the install.log file.

    • For Linux, it can be found in the log directory.
    • For Windows, it can be found in the common files.
  3. Review the error messages.
