Rename an Attribute or Metric

You can rename an attribute or metric from the Editor panel.

1. In the Editor panel, right-click the attribute or metric to rename and choose Rename.

2. Type a new name for the attribute or metric in the field and press Enter. The object appears with a new name in the visualization.

   You can hover over a renamed object in the Editor panel to view its original name in the dataset.
