Template Shortcuts Wizard

The Template Shortcuts Wizard edits shortcuts (navigational links such as Shared Reports, My Reports, Create Report, Create Document and so on) for a page template. You can remove all navigational links, inherit them from the main template or decide which navigational links to display.

This wizard can be accessed as follows.

1. Launch the Web Customization Editor.  

2. Click on MicroStrategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.  

3. Click on Pages to expand the list of MicroStrategy Web Pages.  

4. Double-click on the MicroStrategy Web Page to which you want to add, edit, or remove shortcuts. This displays the Basic Properties for that MicroStrategy Web Page.  

5. Click the Template Properties tab.  

6. Click the template for which you want to edit shortcuts.  

7. Click the Edit Shortcuts button under the Display Components section to launch the Template Shortcuts Wizard.
