Steps to move all columns to a page

You can only move all columns together to separate pages on the report. You cannot move a single column to a page and leave the rest of the columns still displayed as columns on the report.

1. Run a report. (For steps to run a report, see Running a report.)

2. Select the main column header, which is the object name that is farthest to the left.

3. From the Move menu, choose Move to Page-by.
