Hiding or displaying a report toolbar

The choice to display or conceal specific toolbars with icons depends on your preferences regarding tool use. Select toolbars containing items you use most frequently, so they are immediately available.

To hide or display a report toolbar

1. Open the desired report in the Report Viewer.

2. From the View menu, select Toolbar.

3. Click the name of the toolbar you want to see displayed or hidden. If the toolbar was hidden, it is now displayed; if the toolbar was displayed, it is now hidden.
