Enabling the long value prompt

A long value prompt accepts integer numbers up to 10 digits. By default, it is not available as a option for value prompts, but you can enable it so that it is available.

To enable the long value prompt

1. Right-click the project for which to enable the Long prompt option and choose My Preferences. The My Preferences dialog box opens.

2. Click the Advanced tab.

3. Select the Add long prompts to the list of available value prompts check box.

4. Click OK. You are returned to MicroStrategy Developer.
