Steps to create a value prompt qualification

In a filter or custom group, a value prompt qualification allows you to select a single value on which to qualify such as a date, a specific number, or a specific text string.

Prerequisite

This sub-procedure assumes that you have already begun creating an attribute qualification. If you have not, see To create a prompted attribute qualification.

To create a value prompt qualification

  1. In the Attribute Qualification pane, select an attribute in one of the following ways:

    • Type the name of the attribute in the Attribute box and click OK.
