Steps to create a value prompt qualification
In a filter or custom group, a value prompt qualification allows you to select a single value on which to qualify such as a date, a specific number, or a specific text string.
Prerequisite
This sub-procedure assumes that you have already begun creating an attribute qualification. If you have not, see To create a prompted attribute qualification.
To create a value prompt qualification

In the Attribute Qualification pane, select an attribute in one of the following ways:

Type the name of the attribute in the Attribute box and click OK.

Click ... (the browse button) to select an attribute from the Attributes folder. Click OK.

Drag the attribute from the Object Browser into the Attribute box.

Select any form except Elements from the Qualify On drop-down list.

Select an operator from the Operator drop-down list.

Click the Prompt icon. The Prompt Generation Wizard opens. For detailed instructions on completing the Prompt Generation Wizard, see Filtering based on a single value or string: Value prompts.
