Insert Function Wizard: Select Objects dialog box

The Select Objects dialog box opens when you click Add on the Break-By or Sort-By page of the Insert Functions Wizard. Depending on which page you were on, the Select Objects dialog box allows you to select the objects to include as either BreakBy or SortBy parameters.

You can navigate to the objects you want to select by browsing through the project folder tree that is displayed. To select multiple objects, press CTRL while clicking to select the objects.

When the number of objects in a folder exceeds 1000, the objects are displayed as a group of 1000 objects at a time. Click Next 1000 to view the next 1000 objects, or click Previous 1000 to view the previous 1000 objects in the list.

The Find box lets you find an object in the current list of objects. Type the first few letters of the object name and click the Filter button to the right of the box. The list displays objects whose names begin with these letters.

Click OK to return to the Insert Functions Wizard.
