Managed Cloud Standard Scheduled Maintenance and Update Window

As part of Strategy's commitment to delivering a secure and reliable platform, regular maintenance and platform upgrades of MCS environments are performed on a monthly basis. All MCS environments will remain up to date with the latest StrategyOne software release.

Maintenance Schedule

Upgrades will typically be scheduled on the first Monday of the following month of a release from 3 AM - 6 AM.

  • Virginia (US-east-1): 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM EDT

  • Frankfurt (EU-central-1): 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM CEST

  • Singapore (AP-southeast-1): 3:00 AM - 6:00 AM SGT

2026 MCS Upgrade Schedule

  • January release - Strategy One (January 2026): Monday, February 2nd

  • February release - Strategy One (February 2026): Monday, March 2nd

  • March release - Strategy One (March 2026): Monday, April 6th

  • April release - Strategy One (April 2026): Monday, May 4th

  • May release - Strategy One (May 2026): Monday, June 1st

  • June release - Strategy One (June 2026): Monday, July 6th

  • July release - Strategy One (July 2026): Monday, August 3rd

  • August release - Strategy One (August 2026): Monday, September 7th

  • September release - Strategy One (September 2026): Monday, October 5th

  • October release - Strategy One (October 2026): Monday, November 2nd

  • November release - Strategy One (November 2026): Monday, December 7th

  • December release - Strategy One (December 2026): Monday, January 4th

Environment Availability

Access to your MCS environment will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. Strategy recommends notifying your teams and refraining from scheduling critical business activities that require platform access during this period.

Notification

Support liaisons will receive a reminder email at the beginning of each month and on the day of maintenance with time details. Support liaisons will also receive a notification once the upgrade is complete.
