Managed Cloud Standard Scheduled Maintenance and Update Window
As part of Strategy's commitment to delivering a secure and reliable platform, regular maintenance and platform upgrades of MCS environments are performed on a monthly basis. All MCS environments will remain up to date with the latest StrategyOne software release.
Maintenance Schedule
Upgrades will typically be scheduled on the first Monday of the following month of a release from 3 AM - 6 AM.

Environment Availability
Access to your MCS environment will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. Strategy recommends notifying your teams and refraining from scheduling critical business activities that require platform access during this period.
Notification
Support liaisons will receive a reminder email at the beginning of each month and on the day of maintenance with time details. Support liaisons will also receive a notification once the upgrade is complete.
