Admin Portal: Users panel

Admin user can view user count metrics and search for users by email address on the Users panel.

User Count

User Count metrics appear in the User Count section. This metric is divided by user status. It includes total, pending, active, locked, deleted, and deactivated user counts.

User Search

Admin users can either search for an account by email address or fetch all current admin users in the User Search section.

  1. Enter a full email address and click Search by Email to locate matching email addresses.

    2. or

    Click Get All Administrators to display all current admin users.

  2. Click Detail to navigate to the User Profile section.

  3. Click Show more information to display detailed user information.
  4. Click Assign Admin Role to grant the user an Admin role.
