Deleting Users

You can remove users from your MicroStrategy Identity Network. Removing a user from your network automatically deletes the badge(s) from the MicroStrategy Badge app.

  1. Log into MicroStrategy Identity Manager.
  2. Click Users & Badges.
  3. Under User Management, click Manage Users.
  4. Select the check box next to each user whom you want to remove from your Identity Network. To select all users, select the check box in the header row above the list of users.
  5. Click Remove User(s).
  6. Click Deleteon the confirmation message to remove the users listed. The badge is deleted from the MicroStrategy Badge app of each user whom you remove from your network.

    If the user whom you want to delete is an Identity Administrator, you must also remove their administrator privileges. For steps, see Manage Admin Roles.
