Compensation analysis area
This area provides targeted analysis of employee compensation costs. The reports in this area enable organizations to monitor trends, to be alerted to significant deviations from industry standards, and to align employee compensations costs to individual performance.
The Compensation analysis area also contains two subsections, Overtime analysis and Planning analysis. Overtime analysis tracks and analyzes employee working hours. Planning analysis compares estimated compensation costs and employee headcounts with actual values.
