See the following issues and use the topics to troubleshoot and resolve issues when using Strategy for Google Sheets™.

Access the Add-in

• Determine if an HTTPS connection is established.

• Library with custom authentication does not work in browsers.

• If a user is logged in to multiple Google accounts in the same browser session, the add-in login may fail due to a known Google issue. The login screen can freeze on the authorization dialog.

  To resolve this, log out of all Google accounts and sign in only to the one that will be used with the add-in.

Import Data

Google Sheets has a maximum limitation of 10 million cells in a file.
