Adds an address to a user.

ADD ADDRESSaddress_namePHYSICALADDRESSphysical_address[DELIVERYTYPE (EMAIL | FILE | PRINT | HISTORYLIST)] [DEVICEdevice_name] [SETASDEFAULT (TRUE|FALSE)] TO USERuser_name;

where:

• address_name is the name of the address

• physical_address is the physical address to be associated with the address

• device_name is the name of the device associated with the address

• user_name is the name of the user to whom the address is added
