各ナレッジ アセットには、質問とナレッジ アセットの両方で使用されている類似のセマンティック定義を含むキーワードまたはワードが含まれている必要があります。これらの類似性は、質問に答える際にナレッジ アセットを使用できるようにするために必要です。ナレッジ アセットに一般的なルールが含まれている場合、Auto Answersやボットは、ナレッジを質問にセマンティックに関連する問題を抱えます。一般的なルールは、ボット カスタム手順に配置できます。

回答の品質の改善

ナレッジ アセット内の回答の品質向上を適用する重要性を確認するために、以下のエアライン データセット シナリオを検討します。

ユーザーが、以下のような空港名の代わりに空港コードを含む航空データセットを操作する場合:

これを修正するには、単一列の Excel ファイルに詳細な情報を指定します。ファイルでは、次の図に示すように、3 つの独立した行にわたって空港コードを定義する必要があります。
